In this course, you will have the amazing opportunity to learn a highly-effective Japanese moxibustion system developed by Koshiishi Sensei. Yuki is the only authorized teacher to teach this system outside of Japan.
Koshiishi-kyu is a style of Japanese direct moxibustion that is mostly known for its extremely calming effect and transformative clinical efficacy. Yuki will cover treatment strategies for a variety of different issues and imbalances, as well as how to practice moxa safely so that your treatments are successful. She will also share some of her clinical experiences and cases and provide treatment demonstrations.
This hands-on course will give you with practical skills that you will be able to use right away. We hope to see you!

Hari Core Fundamentals Series in Boston begins November 2019
Hari is a highly refined form of Classical Japanese Meridian Therapy, that seeks to balance the body’s ki, thereby addressing the root cause of disease and most effectively treating the presenting symptoms. Practitioners of this style train to develop an extraordinary ability to perceive ki through the practice of ki diagnosis, pulse-quality feedback, and non-insertive needle techniques.
Instructor T. Koei Kuwahara graduated from the Tokyo Therapeutic Institute (TTI) in 1979, followed by five years apprenticeship under Kodo Fukushima, renowned master and developer of the Toyo Hari system. Mr. Kuwahara has continued to develop the Hari (Kototama) style of acupuncture. He has 45 years of Aikido experience, and maintains a private practice in Watertown, MA.
Full course: Six, two-day classes; one weekend per month, beginning November 9, 2019. Cost: $2100.00, professionals; $1800.00, students; 1/2 tuition re-take for Hari Society Members.
